Meet Our Team

Bob is from New York, NY. Before starting Salt Ventures, he was a businessman in tech. He loves all things Bulgaria! He enjoys hiking, sports, and teaching his wife Becky tech.

Becky grew up in Africa in a missions family. She is finishing her doctorate at St. Trivelius Sofia. She loves to sing and play the piano and spend quality time with her husband, Bob.

Tedi is from Lovech, Bulgaria. She has a degree in psychology and biblical studies. She loves to work with kids, to read, and loves her husband Toshko, and their son, Ivan.

Toshko is from Lovech, Bulgaria. He studied ceramics, is a handyman, and is happily married to Tedi. In his spare time, he enjoys ’70s music, photography, and making jokes.

Yani is from Veliko Tarnovo. She graduated from Bournemouth University in Tourism Management. She loves traveling, new experiences, inspiring art, and nature. You can find her working on a new hobby every other week.

Mariana is from Houston, TX. She is an UT longhorn, a nurse, and currently with Fuller Seminary for a masters in Global Missional Leadership. She loves her Brazilian heritage, singing Disney, and sitting with friends with some nice coffee.

Luke is an incoming new member of our team and will hopefully be joining this fall of 2025! More info to come!

Nathan is from Houston, TX. He graduated from UT Austin in Petrol. Engr, but came to Bulgaria for part-time business & cross-cultural ministry. In his spare time, he loves playing basketball, playing music, and hanging out with friends.

Anna is from Winthrop Harbor, IL. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a BS in Dietetics and helped launch Innovaid. She enjoys days in the kitchen cooking & baking, a nice cup of coffee, and taking walks outside in the park.

Maggi is from Newberg, OR. She graduated from George Fox University and helped to launch Innovand in Sofia. Now she is a nurse in Oregon. She loves the outdoors and nature. You can find her making music, drawing, or watching Star Wars.

Nelly is from Peshtera, Bulgaria. She actually grew up in the PINK program as a kid and worked with SV during university. She is married to Valentin with a dog and cute baby boy. They love to travel and you can find her learning to cook a new recipe
