If any theme exemplifies the 2024 Salt Ventures experience, capacity building is it. From hiring new staff and training volunteers to replacing essential equipment and building physical plant assets, 2024 checked a lot of boxes to make our job easier around the world.

2023 was another successful year for Salt Ventures as our ministries and affiliates continued to find favor in the communities we serve. To meet demand, all of our ministries focused on developing new resources to support their growing works.

In 2022 we saw a resurgence in ministry around the world as pandemic measures faded and we were once again free to gather in groups, organize events, and encourage participation in after school clubs and summer camps. We were able to restore most of our programs during the year.
